Whynde Kuehn, S2E Transformation Founder, is co-chairing the Business Architecture Reference Model Building Workshop, which will develop reference model content for three industries: Financial Services, Healthcare Providers and Manufacturing. She is also managing the Manufacturing track.
Industry reference models are one of the most widely requested aspects of Business Architecture. Businesses are seeking industry-specific capability maps, value maps and other business architecture artifacts to jumpstart their business architecture efforts. In addition, certain industries have found that common views of their business ecosystems are advantages to business-to-business engagement.
This workshop will provide immediate benefit to organizations within the three focus industries, as they can incorporate the results into their business architectures. However, for those that work in a different industry, the workshop will still provide a valuable learning experience through the hands-on, real world mapping experience with guidance from industry experts.
